Hello, I would like to take a moment to respond to this caseI have spoken with the consumer and we had agrees for him to send the back back to us for an exchange on a different oneWhen I spoke to him the first time I was in quite a hurry and did not get a chance to email him the details for two
days and had asked my business partner to call him with the details while I was in the hospitalMy partner had too much going on and did not get to it for two daysI was unfortunately in the hospitalMr*** did call again wondering why no one got back to himWithin minutes of his call I emailed him from the hospital, and sent him the info to send us the pack for exchangeI had spoken to him previously and told him that we did not do refunds on the Military Surplus, and we had agreed to do the exchangeHe sis not check his email and several days later called to say he wanted someone to contact him or he was gonna call the Revdex.comI called him within minutes of his message, as I was now out of the hospital, and told him I sent him an email days beforeHe told me he never checked his email and now wanted a refundI told him we do not do refunds on the military surplus again, and he got very angryI told him I was still happy to do the exchangeHe refusedWe have only received a negative review from him on Facebook, along with a quick response from us and a note that he had opened a case with the Revdex.comI attached the policies that have always been on our site about the Military Surplus in the Facebook commentsI am guessing from what he has said that he thought he was getting something he wasn'tOur site clearly states to read the description as we use stock photos for the great because it would be impossible to put an individual photo of each piece on the siteThe description clearly says these may be in "fair - good condition"He contends that the item is not as picturedI again want to state that we are happy to exchange this item for him, but as per our policies which are clearly stated on the site not willing to offer a refund at this timeI am attaching the policy and the description of the item to help with this matterBest Regards, *** *** Vice -President Off Grid General Store LLC
