I purchased a 2012 Smart ForTwo Car and I was missing some parts from the vehicle when I picked it up from the dealer.  Parts missing were the radio knob, the owner's manual, spare tire and the tire repair kit.  Also the front hood is not closing properly, which I had to duct tape in...

order for it not to open while driving. Very unsafe detail which needs to be addresses asap.  I contacted the dealer right away to notify them about these issues but the salesperson did not care or helped, I also spoke to the owner and he said that the car was "sold as is" and that there was nothing for them to do, they don't want to give me those parts and repair the hood, even though when I purchased it they said I had a 30-day warranty from them.

Review: Sold me a E350 Mercedes Benz with 30 days guarantee on October *,2015 for 10,000 dollars including services. I found out a day later by [redacted] that the car was dangerous to drive, having very bad transmission and other several issues that will cost another 10,000 dollars to repair.I call the dealer back to ask them to give me my money back. They denied, as also denied the guarantee and simply told me to sue him !Desired Settlement: I did not use the car not even one day. I was afraid to driver it. I just want my money back!

Horrible Hottinle. I got a 2005 Lexus there less than 30 days ago. Since I left the lot I've had nothing but issues with the car. I call almost every day to get the car fixed and I keep getting the runaround. People say that they going to order things like my car needs tires the tires horrible on the car heinformed their mechanic that there were many repairs that need to be done on the car. They told him that they were going to fix the sway bar link bushings and they did not fix anything. My mechanic didn't look or check to see if the work was done afterwards because he waitedwow they fix the car supposedly and thought that since he waited that they would actually fix what needed to be fixed. So my car kept being tossed around when I hit bumps when I drive over 65 the car is shaking.I don't feel safe in the car. So I was calling every day to speak with Christina and she never returns phone calls. And now the owner is away on vacation. And no one is trying to help me. They're saying these things are not covered under the lemon law but I know that they are. Also even if they weren't covered under the lemon law they promised that they fix these things prior to me purchasing the car. Now I'm stuck with the car payment and so many repairs over $1200 worth of repairsand it hasn't even been 30 days yet. Do not buy purges finance anything from this dealership. Go to a legit dealership. Every time I calleveryone seems annoyed but I always say put yourself in my shoes I'm driving in an unsafe car. And things will promise to me that weren't done. And I just put down $1100 already on this car to finance it and now I would have to put out more money to fix it.if I would've known that all of these repairs had to be done on this car I would have never purchased the car.

The radio [redacted] was not on, the manual was missing, No spare tire was in the car or a spare tire kit was provided. I contacted the dealer to notify them about these missing things but they did not care and were not helpful at all.

Their customer service was terrible and they did not even offered me a solution, they sold me the car but never mentioned it is sold "as is". I found out these missing parts after I picked up the car.Desired Settlement: I need those missing parts, the spare tire and the tire repair kit. Also the missing [redacted] for the radio and The owner's manual.

Review: I purchased the car took it home it over heated ,,, Auto lease send a pick up truck told me the car was not topped off. [redacted] I waiting then then said the fan was no good and they were changing it witch I have video in my phone off, they followed that with three times asking me to leave the car , each time not solving the problem. last time I had to leave it two weeks with [redacted] the [redacted] saying they would give me a rental which he ducked and lied over and over again ,,,, . I think my car was purchased [redacted] a crashed car and we argued about me signing a title paper that makes no damn sense ,,, I mark the paper in case something like this happen ,, I have video witnesses ect lets b clear oil is still leaking from the engine as it was the first day a got itDesired Settlement: I want them to to get it fixed and fix my payments thank you. ill continue to press this thanks Revdex.com

Review: The Car was purchased August *, 2013. Within seven hours of the purchase the car broke down. I was driving my friend home and we noticed the engine oil indicator go off so I proceed to the gas station which was enroute to his home anyway. Two to Five minutes of the indicator going off the car shut down. So I pulled over as it slowed down, Popped the hood, screwed off the oil cap and smoke arose from the oil compartment. I then pulled out the dipstick to find out it was broken as well. I called the tow truck which towed it to another nearby friends house because mines was too far and expensive. The dealer was closed Saturday so I went up their first thing Sunday morning. I explained to [redacted] the situation and what occurred and he agreed to fix it and to contact him the next day. I called the next day and he couldn't be found and the same result for the following days that week. So I went up to the dealership to find out he wasn't there again and his representatives could not give me any valid information on the vehicle. I asked of the cars location and what was wrong with it and no one in the office could give me any information. They in fact refused to give me the mechanics location. I left the dealer and began to drive down the Hempstead Tnpk where I noticed my car parked outside a shop. I went in the shop and asked the mechanic what's was wrong with the car and he said the engine is no good. I went up to the dealership multiple times to get [redacted] and when I did I told him that I was unhappy with the situation and would like a refund. He claimed I can't get a refund even though its dealerships fault the car is in that state due to them not servicing the car at all. I tried multiple times to deal with this between me and the dealer but no success. There are other issues with the car such as the interior lights don't work, the right side bumper falls off when you drive a few miles, and the soft top that I told them to fix multiple times. The top is detached from the back windshield.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my 3,000 dollar down payment, tow truck fee, and cancelation of contract. The car is damaged in multiple ways and will be a consistent problem if I keep it in my possession. I only have a 30 day warranty and after that 30 days the car will most likely continue to have issues. The car has 95k mileage.

The car passed inspection before the customer took the car. The customer drove away and ruined the car. Even though it is not our fault we still will work with the customer and resolve any issues with the car and the loan that the customer took out to get the vehicle. We are in contact with the customer and we have come to an agreement with him.

Review: Gave cash desposit for 08 BMW with understanding from salesperson that deposit would be refunded if changed mind. They had car over week and didn't do work as promised; they said they changed the run flat tires to regular tires but did not have them aligned or balanced and I stated this was a must. They said not necessary. Tires low on treds. Low tire pressure light was on prior to tires being changed and still on. Dings on car were painted with a different color than car and looked unprofessional. Cover wasn't placed over sensor in front as promised. Was not given emissions report. Asked that refund be returned and told it is non refundable; stated I was told it would be returned. Not accepting a car that looked like that.Desired Settlement: Cash was given as deposit and want money refunded as I cannot afford to lose $500 being I live on a modest fixed income.
