I would like to also note that our trainer visited *** and *** days after their drop off to come and address more concerns, as per our guaranteeIn this meeting, she worked with them again on how to properly work with ***At this time, she let them know she would come back if they had more issuesWhen they last spoke, *** had cancelled due to being out of the area for an extended period of time and would let her know when a best time to meet again wasAt no point during our engagement with them, did we not uphold our services and our guaranteeIt is clearly stated that we guarantee this program and we have nothing to fall short of that claim.
