Off Leash K9 Training Greenville Reviews (%countItem)

I took my dog for board and training I had asked for them to address one problem which they did not do. I was told I had 100% money back warranty which I paid $2400.00 for this training. They did not address the issue I was having with him breaking invisible fence.when I picked him up the never addressed the problem I was having. They told me they would give me 3 day sessions with them uptown they would call and make appointments. I called a few times to make appointments I had to leave messages they never called me back. I was not properly trained with the ecoller. I then had and incident that he broke the fence which was a month after I picked him up from training. He jumped on a person and scratched him. I called Collin she stated she would take to crisis. 3 days later we called to see if they could help us we were told no. I told Collin I wanted a full refund. The animal control was called and my puppy was labeled as dangerous. I had to rehome him. I have been calling trying to get full refund they will not return any of my calls.

Pam, I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. When we get nervous dogs into our program, we try to expose them to as many different environments as possible and help them through that process. He took field trips to ***’s, ***, Downtown ***, and multiple parks. During those trips, we saw anxiety but no aggression. As far as the obedience and environment desensitization goes, I have provided you a video clearly displaying his progression. Regarding the electric fence, I would reach out to the installation company and have them check out the fence to see why it is failing. We have no knowledge in proper electric fence installation.
Additionally, I have attached 2 questionnaire forms that you filled out and there is no mention of D running through the electric fence to go after people. If this was the “only” behavioral issue you wanted us to work on, I am just surprised that it was written on your paperwork.
At Off Leash, we understand that the hardest part of our job is not just training the dogs but training the owners. At the end of the 2 weeks we spend 2 hours or so with the owners going over the ecollar and everything your dog learned during its stay with us. As you can see from our other reviews, we stand by our training and will go above and beyond to make sure the dog and owner are successful. When dogs are in our program their safety and the safety of the public is our primary concern. Once the dog is back in your care that responsibility becomes yours. This is why we never recommend having the dog off-leash until you (the owner) are 100% comfortable with the tools and personal ability to handle the dog. With any new tool or training program there is a learning curve. Because we understand that, our guarantee states that we offer FREE refresher courses for the lifetime of the dog. We stand by that! (Policies can be found on our website). So, if you would like to take advantage of that guarantee please email [email protected] to set up a refresher. If you have decided to rehome d***, we will be more than happy to offer a 2-hour training session to his new owners free of charge. Additionally, the free refreshers (for the life of D) can transfer to his new owners. We truly want what is best for him! The email above is where I can personally be reached.
We do not offer a money back guarantee on the two-week board and train because results vary significantly based on the dog (genetics, breeding, socialization at young age, etc.) and the participation of the owner. If you can provide any proof that this guarantee was offered to you by me or any of my staff members I will be more than happy to provide a full refund.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I spoke to Collin when incident happened and she stated Chris would not help me. She stated Chris would give full refund due to I had to rehome d***.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.]

Regards,

Pamela V
