In Reference to Case # [redacted] The customer purchased the Dining group off the show room floor and they inspected the set to see if there was any damage to it They were satisfied with the set and signed the Purchase Order form that they had inspected it After the set was delivered they called back and said that there were other scratches on the chairs, I informed them to call the delivery company and have them check it and get back with meI then called the delivery company myself and informed them what was happeningI never received anything from the delivery company or did I receive anything else from the customer until I received the Revdex.com reportTo help satisfy the customer we have ordered replacement chairs Once the chairs arrive we will take the new ones out and pick up the ones that they say are damagedI am calling the customer today (March 13, 2013) to inform them what we are doing

*** did not address the extreme lack of customer service that I received and requested as a solutionTHREE of his employees agreed with his lack of sensitivity/people skills in general, so clearly I'm not alone in thinking he's awfulONLY when the actual manufacturer called me to discuss the problem did I actually get an explanation or a date of delivery for the dining set I ordered over a month ago*** never called me after the previous conversation I had with him in which he promised to personally call me if my furniture would not be in by Friday, which it is NOTI had to call another manager to get someone to help me set up the chairs from the damaged set bc *** kept changing delivery dates on meI wasn't about to put together chairs if my new set would arrive in just a few days, as he always said it wouldI found myself in a bad spot bc my husband left for business, so the chairs were not set up (I had a big family reunion at my place where I needed the chairs) and *** said the table would be here and set up for me by FridaySo a manager who was NOT *** thankfully arranged for that to happen- EVERYONE I have dealt with at off price has been helpful and pleasant*** has been a complete *** and has not relayed any information to me that would indicate a solution nor a sensitivity to not having the furniture that I actually paid for! He still has not apologized for his tone or for his lack of customer service which is the only solution I would accept at this pointOr the owner of off price calling me personally to apologize on his behalfI do not understand how someone like *** has a job in dealing with people.

When Ms [redacted] arrived to pick up her dinning table, it was noticed there was small damage to the table and we told her that we would replace it when the next order...

came in.  We told her it should be here within 2-3 weeks; unfortunately the manufacturers had a back log of those tables coming out of china, although, they should be shipping next week.  We assured her that we would come out and assemble the table.  In addition to this we have gone out to assemble the chairs, since they were having a problem.  Normally upon a pick-up, it is the customer’s responsibility to assemble their own furniture.  We try to give this service, all we can do is give service based upon manufacturers performance.  It plainly states that we act as manufacturer’s agent on warranty performance, and as always, that is what we will do.
