This is the worst company I have ever dealt with purchasing things for my vehicles. Their shipping is sloppy, they DO NOT meet delivery windows by any standards. Apparantly they mount and balance thousands upon thousands of wheels and tires each day...right... and they will mis-inform you about your tracking/shipping. Customer Service is sub-par. And wait til you see your track order screen, YIKES.
Steer as clear as you can away from this business.

Initial process was quick but after the order I was sent damaged products and the products I was promised did not work as promised. After multiple emails and attempts to rectify the situation I was told they can’t provide what was promised initially. I got attitude from representatives and eventually had to settle for what I didn’t want.

I bought a set of wheels and tires from these folks back in January. They were guaranteed to fit my vehicle and after almost 3 months of back and forth emails and phone calls, I still have a set of wheels and tires that will not fit my truck. First their “fitment specialist “ told me that the wheels would fit, they don’t. Second their fitment specialist didn’t even know what type of lug nuts or spacers they needed to send me so they just kept sending junk I didn’t need. Third they finally talked with a true expert and discovered that custom adapters and lug nuts would have to be made. The specialist has had the order now for over a month and I just received the adapters today but no lug nuts. The lug nuts, I was told was the reason for the delay in shipment yet after all this time they are the one thing that was left out. Long story short if this company is going to claim that the folks they have answering their phones are “fitment specialist” then they need to train them in what they need to know. My wheels and tires were delivered to my house on January 12th and here it is March 28th and I still do not have them on my truck because of their negligence. This merchandise has already been paid for and I expect better service..

This customer's wheels were exact fitment to the vehicle in which information was provided. This customer was trying to use after market 2" spacers which completely change how the wheels would fit, however never informed us of this until he called screaming and threatening my employees.=

The customer refused to have civil conversation, and instead took to yelling, screaming and name calling, rather than talking about the issue at hand. Ashley had choose to "know" what he needed, but actually was just guessing based on, "this is what my buddy did". We had informed him many times that removal of the spacer would allow the wheels and tires to fit perfectly, and the issue would be done. However he wanted the wheels to stick-out an additional 4", which on a DRW truck, requires $1000s of dollars worth on modification, and he did not want to do.These wheels were guaranteed to be the correct wheels for the truck, correct bolt pattern, offset and width, all of which needs were met.

ORF Is not responsible for this customer's negligence that transpired, lost time of work or rental vehicle cost. This customer choose to sell his wheels and tires, before ever receiving the package from us, and should have verified that he received the products with no issues, prior to selling his original set.

I am rejecting this response because: the wheels in question here do in fact fit the trucks bolt pattern but the wheels will not fit the trucks studs. The wheels when mounted without the spacers have a total thickness of 3” and the studs are only 2” in length. The wheels are also made to use a shanked style lug nut that was not supplied with the package. They supplied several sets of conical style lug nuts that are not only not made for this style of wheel but would be extremely dangerous if used. The size of tire is also the reason for the need of spacers, not “because I wanted the tires to stick out”. I needed the wider tire to provide stability and flotation in the muddy off road environments that I often drive the truck into for my job as a pipeline welder. The simple fact is their fitment specialist should have known better than to try and sell me mismatched wheels and lug nuts. These people later informed me that there is indeed a “mag wheel” installation kit available for this style of wheel and once they were sent out, the wheels are now on the truck but it was exactly 3 months after receiving the wheels. Their people should learn more about the vehicles and the wheels and tires that they sell, the thickness of the rear wheels is the main reason that OEM’s use an alloy outer and a steel inner rim on these trucks. There was never any name calling on my end of the conversations and as far as the yelling part, I never did more than stress my frustration at their ignorance. This can be handled here with a peaceful settlement or I do have full intent of seeking legal representation against this company to recoup my losses. As far as the “Shue fly” named attachment, that alone shows the true colors and maturity of this company and their employees. I have indeed learned a valuable lesson from this experience and will never deal with this or any other company like them again. Fact is I am strongly advising everyone that reads this to not use off road rim finance for their wheel or tire needs.

Off Road Rim Financing Response • Apr 14, 2020

All obligations of Offroad Rim Financing has been fulfilled. The wheels are now on the truck and working as they expected to. We worked hard to provide the customer with all parts needed for this his desired setup to work and continued to send out parts until the correct ones were obtained.

Offroad Rim Financing is not responsible for any lost time or costs associated with a vehicle being out of commision. We are responsible for the retail and fulfilling the order placed.

I ordered a set of rims and tires from the company back in February/March. The sent the wheel packages so that you can immediately put them on your car. Immediately after mounting my new set of wheels, about a month or two after delivery, I had extreme steering wheel wobble. I did not mount them until April due to snowy weather and road conditions. I took off all the wheels and put them back on to make sure I did it right and to no avail I had the same problem. A few days later I paid a local garage $30 to rebalance the wheels to make sure that wasn’t the issue. I had thought that maybe they had been balanced wrong in the warehouse. They still were causing bad steering wheel wobble even after the local garage balanced them. Now my car is a *** Lancer and it was due for regular maintenance so I took it to my local *** dealer, and while I was there I had them rebalance the tires and check my steering wheel components. (This was also when I found out I had the bad tpms sensor I had to make a claim for which eventually they did send a replacement.) Even after all of that, and a hefty bill, it did not fix the problem. All of this occurred a few weeks prior to my initial claim in April for a refund. While I was there I explained the problem I’ve been having to the head mechanic and he said that my tires must be bad/out of shape. I had a them check my breaks and rotors, alignment, and suspension just to rule out any other possibilities. After further investigation the head mechanic said that it is indeed all 4 tires that are flawed and “out of round”. The mechanic said visibly the tire doesn’t look too bad but when you put in on the balancer you can tell it is messed up. The head mechanic and customer service representative said he’d be happy to answer further questions that Off-road Rim Financing might help to ensure I receive a refund regarding the integrity of the tires.

I have all the proper documentation as well as have given another source willing validate the documentation stating the tires have been flawed since day one. They keep telling me there’s nothing they can do without me having to pay even more money which I never should have had to spend in the first place.

The customer did not provided the needed documentation within 30 days of receiving his product. As I informed him, it now would need to be covered under the manufacturer warranty as the time is past the point of a exchange. We started the warranty process in order to get the customer new tires. *** has accepted the warranty, however they are asking to inspect the tires. Per their warranty, the tires may be requested, and the customer will be responsible for shipping and labor costs of getting them to the manufacturer, until the claim has been approved, after inspection.

The customer chooses not to abide by the terms of the warranty, and is using inconclusive documentation for the exchange. As stated, we would need an orignial service statement with the issue stated for the exchange. The service statement provided on 6/24/2019 states that they are out of round, but does not state that it was known before that day. The mechanic he spoke with is ASSUMING it was bad for the time he received it, due to the information that the customer told him.

A full refund would be given, new tires and the cost of shipping and labor, however the customer is refusing to complete the warranty process.

I am rejecting this response because: I couldn't initiate the return process in the first 30 days due to the wheels not being mounted due to weather and road conditions in my area. The tires visibly show no sign of defect but are indeed flawed. The mechanic from the car dealership can confirm this as well as that the tires were always the problem. I do have paperwork. In fact, it was me that decided to go ahead and get the other work done on my car to make sure it wasn't the tires. I put my faith in this company and associates but obviously it was misplaced. Also, it took longer than expected because I have other bills to pay for in my day to day life and did not have enough to keep going to the garage. The amount of money and gas spent and wasted on these tires that should've been perfect from delivery is absolutely ridiculous. I paid good money for a product not in the conditioned promised.

Apart from the tires, I also had a problem with a TMPS sensor that didn't work, and had to struggle to get a new one sent to me. This tire problem is not the first incident I had in dealing with this company and it has been anything but satisfactory. I simply do not know how I can be expected to spend even more money when I spent so much to begin with and still do not have the desired product I payed for.

I entered a contest that off Road Rim Financing was holding back in November 2018, the winner would win 4-20 inch Pure Grits Rims if you posted an off road video a the one with the most likes or comments would win the contest. I got a total of 72 likes on my video. I Got asked my name and what video did I put up. I told them my video was of a 2013 black Jeep Wrangler and then they said that the rims wouldn’t fit the jeepand I explained to them that I wanted the rims for my son’s truck and that they never specified that it was a video of the vehicle that the rims was for. So they took my information so that they can ship the rims to me. Took them about two weeks to give me tracking numbers. When rims where gonna get delievered I was home and one of the rims was thrown off the truck by ups worker, so I opened all the rims to check them and there was a total of three rims that were damaged. I made a claim with UPS and I was told by off Rim Financing that the claim I put in was denied and that they would have to disputed it because it was deny because it had insufficient packaging. So they re-entered the claim and UPS denied the claim. When I spoke to Nate on December 23 he told me that he would hear back from UPS by December 24 and that he would forward the decision to me to my email and follow up with a call. Now he is saying that they didn’t send him a emailed denial that it was said to him verbally! I asked if he can call a get one because they will only take them the shipped and that they had supplied the shipper with the denial. They told me that I would have to take the rims back damaged the way they are since they are only rims I won, but in order to get them back I would need to buy at for shipment charges! Then I got a second email saying if I wanted to end this now that they would cover the shipment charges and send the damaged rims back to me!

Make sure you read the terms and conditions. I send them pictures of my sons truck rims and they still sent the wrong lug pattern he need a 6 lug and they sent a 5 lug and now I'm stuck with the wheels he has a 2001 Toyota Tacoma 2wd truck so with that being said I'm stuck with a 5 lug wheel and new tir6on the rim about $1800 and can't use them but I have to eat them because it's my fault I told them what can of truck it was and send pictures of the rims that are on his truck now and they still sent the wrong ones
