Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never "exploded, abused " or even met any of the workers who installed the unit because I was not home when it was installed I only met MrJ [redacted] when he came to my house to pick up the payment in cash for the job I corresponded with MrJ [redacted] only by e-mails and still have all of those letters I spoke with him briefly recently about returning to check the heating unit which was not working and this conversation was very brief and civil at least on my end I would say to anyone dealing with this company buyer beware MrJ [redacted] does not stand behind the units he installs and when issues come up he makes slanderous personal statements about the customer when in truth he simply does not want to deal with repair after the installation I am sorry I ever had dealings with this person and hope no one else comes in contact with this person All I wanted was a unit which would have heating and cooling capacity at least year after the install Sincerely, [redacted] ***
