I am in NY and purchased in NC once Off the hook YS received $210,000 + CASH ! was treated bad .I was lied about transport, no safety boat broke down
Absolutely horrible experience. I am in New York and purchase in North Carolina and once once Off the hook YS received $210,000 + CASH ! was treated out of site out of mind.I was lied about cost for transportation to NJ and I was charged 3X more than quoted. I requested multiple time for current picture of the condition since the survey was one month and half ago never received. I received the boat in a complete mess with no cost guard safety items and the boat broke down after two hrs. of operation. Text the salesmen with no response. The boat business is about trust and service !
I want to pay the price originally quoted for transportation. Pay for repairs to the boat and for the captain for one day.
We have been in touch with the customer and are actively solving the issue. We expect that the customer will withdraw this complaint when the issue is resolved.
