OFF THE HOOKAH

Review: On the night November 9th, my friend purchased an hookah (cost $20) from a [redacted] bartender. When the hookah arrived, the [redacted] bartender did not give us the plastic tips that comes with the hookah, instead I asked for some. Once I gained her attention, she gave me three plastic tips. I had a party of six people who were looking forward to the hookah. I asked the [redacted] bartender, nicely for extra tips seeing as how three was not enough for my party of six. She continued to ignore my request. My friend then decided to ask her, and once again she ignored him. When he asked her the third time, she called security over, and after she spoke to them, the security came to my friend, and escorted him from the bar. Perplexed, I proceeded to ask her for a couple of plastics tips, I told her that she only gave me three. She continued to say to me that four tips were the limit. Being that I was unaware of that, I asked for just one plastic tip instead. She kept saying four was the limit. I told her in response that she had only given me three tips. Just like my friend, she called over the [redacted], and had me escorted out the club. When I tried to explain to the [redacted] and [redacted] my problem, neither one of them were trying to hear my problem. My party paid $20 for the hookah, and was unavailable to enjoy it being that the [redacted] bartender refused to provide me service. She ignored us instead of providing us service. She was quick to have us escorted out the club when neither one of us disrespected her in anyway.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the female bartender, and refund on the hookah my party spent.
