Off Your Heels into These Wheels Auto Sales

Mr. C was paid in full last September to service my vehicle, he told me that he was operating under a legitimate business however he has not provided a business lisence, any receipts, and has provided poor communication in regards to the status of my vehicle. As of January Mr. C claims that I owe him more money, he refuses to return my vehicle and he has yet to provide the first receipt. He also approached me on my job and demanded that I give him another vehicle in exchange for the return of my own vehicle. He has given me false completion dates on numerous occasions and he has done this to other people as well. Upon request of a business lisence Mr. C hung up on me and blocked my number. I question the legitimacy of his business.

As a returning United States Army Operation Atlantic Resolve Tour in Europe, I feel ashamed, angry, and devastated that someone could be this cruel. On the 19th of December 2017, I did a little car hunting; by GPS, I was supposed to be going to *** Gordon Hwy, Augusta, GA XXXXX, but I ended up at Off Your Heels Auto and Repair Sales uknowingly it being *** Hwy, Augusta, GA XXXXX. On this day, I ran into the owner and his wife who seemed nice and also sympathetic to the fact that my family and I needed a vehicle. I was sold a lemon on 22 Dec 2017. I purchased a 2004 Mitsubishi Galant with a $700 down payment where the dealer stated, "I wanted a $1000 but Im trying to help yall." So with that being said, I said thank you so much and I really do appreciate it. The vehicle drove great down Gordon Hwy to my residence, which is about a 17 mi(20 min) drive with no interior lights and minor things such as the window on the p/s acting up but that was minor to me. On 16 December 2017, my return at the airport, I rented a vehicle for the price of $53.99 per day, so on 23 December 2017, since I thought my family and I had landed the right vehicle for us, we made the decision to return the rental. On the way, up I20E towards Columbia, SC, is where this problem became crucial. Before even getting at least 15 miles from my residence, the vehicle did its series of smoke, interior service lights, and terrifying me because of it not having to accelerate any longer. I pulled over, called my partner, whom was in the rental with our step daughter and her mother, so that she could call the dealer or his wife because of the shock I was in. But instead of him calling me, I called him and told him what was wrong and what it was doing, he claimed that it was only a transmission line hose that came off. As of 26 December 2017, the vehicle has become inoperable and they will not respond via phone calls or texts after a declination. After research, have also found another business in his name same #!!!
