Review: WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO COME AND FIX THE PRINTER, AND WHEN WE CALL THE OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE TECH, THEIR RESPONSE WAS,HE'S ON THE WAY. FOR THE PAST WEEK AND HALF HEARING THE SAME THING. MOST UN PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ENTITY THAT WE HAVE DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS AS A CPA AND NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF IRRESPONSIBILITY WITHIN THE COMPANY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER.Desired Settlement: THERE WAS NO OUTCOME. TECH NEVER SHOWED UP

When issuing a service call that requires parts, a signed document stating that the customer is willing to pay for the part and service is needed before anything is ordered. Unfortunately no paperwork was signed and returned for the first few days after the initial order, 3/**/14. My business is not open on the weekends, which takes two days from the week of a possible service calls being performed. When the paperwork was finally received, we ordered the parts that same day. When ordering parts like the ones needed, a few days are needed for them to be shipped to us. By the time we received the parts we were already at the start of week two,3/**/14, after the initial service call. So not to intrude on their business time, we picked up the machine and worked on it in the office and delivered it back to them on the same day 3/**/14. Knowing that it is tax season and the lack of printer is a big inconvenience so a discount was given for the parts and there was no charge for the labor or delivery for the machine. As of 3/**/14 the machine has been back in their possession, repaired and still working. I apologize for any inconvenience.
