We were also very sorry to hear about *** ***'s dissatisfaction with our location, and have worked with him to allow him to move out with no penaltyWe also agreed to reimburse a portion of his moving costs, as well as his full service retainer (which we always return as long as there's no damage to the vacated office)He has indicated that he is satisfied with this resolution
We appreciate *** *** bringing to our attention his concerns about cleanliness and security, and we are currently working to implement a security camera solution as well as re-keying locks
