Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this tow companyThrough State Farm I called their roadside serviceMy teen daughter was stranded in the drive through at a fast food restaurantI was unable to get there as I was not in townSF sent a tow truck out that would take 1/to hours to tend to herWhen the tow company called to confirm the times, I informed him out of curtesy that I was sending some one to look at it and move the truckHe told me that he would cancel the tow if I did thatI asked why, he told me that was their policy, and that he was coming "all the way" from Stockton CaWhich is only minutes from here?? I then told him I would cancel that since I needed to get her truck out of there and homeHe told me "No you won't, I don't believe you"I said that yes I wouldContinuing to again tell me I was basically lying and he was canceling the tow, have a good night and hung upSo in turn left my kid out until 9:30pm until I could get someone to retrieve her and the vehicle
When I called to express my concerns, I'm sure it was the same man and still didn't care and told me he wasn't concerned who I complained to and that it was their policy
Received notification of Mercedes Benz door sedan went to business to inquire about the vehicle WAS told by the owner ***,that vehicle WAS picked up.when I asked how can that be when I had the title,stated DMV issues titles any one can get titles.Remaining calm I and my brother *** and nephew walked out.This was April Wednesday,thinking about what to do next about the issue On Friday April 8,received yet another notice that a lien had been issued on said vehicle.Thier dishonest business practices on what WAS stated was FalsehoodWhich is ver upsettingSTOCKTON police department has far TO many crimes to handle to also handle complaints WITH BUSINESSES practices is discussing.BUT that's what I was forced to do so Friday filed a complaint WHO took awhile being Friday night, with officer *** of the STOCKTON police departmentHe spoke to my MOTHER who has a BAD heart,MYSELF and my brother and NEPHEW..When all I believe should have been truthful and not dishonest
