was very quick to get my business and cash my check, but the following up of quality products was far from excellent. When delivery of my "new" office desks and chairs arrived, they were broke and desk chairs were in the poorest condition. When I called ***, the owner, he argued with me with that everything was in excellent condition. It took many phone calls to get someone to come back and deliver new chairs. When we received new chairs, they were in the same condition. I told them to come back and pick up chairs, and I ended up buying my own somewhere else. After several calls to get my refund for the chairs back, I ended up going to the office to pick up my refund check. I knew at this point, this guy was *** Then the desks were not put together right, again after many many calls, we had new delivery guys come and attempt to fix the desks. The locks to the desk drawers were not installed at all, and after 2 months of calling almost daily, he had another set of delivery guys come to fix, but they were not trained to fix them. I have repeatedly called *** the owner, who has hung up on me repeatedly, being rude and the promises just keep coming in that he will be here. I have been battling with this company since the beginning of October 2018. I would NEVER Recommend this company or owner to my worst enemy. And because I am a woman he has treated me in the worst way possible.
