I am being charged on an auto shipment and want to be taken off! I want a full refund! I was charged $79.95 for product I did not order!
I do not have all this information right now, I just saw 79.95 was ach withdrawn from my account!
I want a full refund and to not be charged anymore!
We have reviewed Ms. complaint and we would like to apologize for any misunderstanding. Our company offers a trial subscription, where you are allotted 14 days to try a 30-day supply of our product for the price of shipping and handling - and our terms and conditions explaining this are on our website. After the trial period ends, you are charged for the product in your possession and added to our subscription list to receive the product every 30 days. This is designed to save time and never run out of our product to continue seeing results by utilizing our weight-loss products.
Following our research into her account with us, we have found that Ms. began her trial with us on February 1, 2019 for the shipping cost of $4.95 and $4.98. After her 14-day trial ended, she was charged for the retail price of that product she received at $79.97. After reaching out to us on March 13th, her account was cancelled and refunded for the $79.97 charge. Moreover, we can verify that Ms. will not be receiving any further shipments from us, as her account is indeed cancelled. We hope this settles her complaint and want to again apologize for any trouble this has caused Ms..

I signed up for a "free trial". I found out 2 weeks that I had been charged $69.95 for a monthly subscription. No email warning, nothing-just the charge. I called the phone number listed on my credit card bill and spoke with a very nice customer service rep. She proceeded to tell me she was authorized to continue the subscription for 20% off, then 50% off, then 70% off. I told her no all 3 times. Finally I asked for my refund of the $69.95 which she says she couldn't do but could give me a refund of 20% off. So you basically pay the original $9.95 in S&H for the 30 day supply and an additional $55 of the discount price of nothing. Scam, Ripoff-product does not work and all they do it take your money.
