It appears Mr. [redacted] misunderstood the warranty on the rustproofing. New vehicles receive a ten year warranty and the pre-owned vehicles receive a three year warranty. The delay was due to the fact Mr. [redacted] was unable to locate his warranty that was provided with his purchase. After realizing Mr....
[redacted]'s warranty had expired I explained to him there is no coverage. We talked of trading him out of the truck but his demands were to high. The Package A purchased during the transaction breaks down as follows. Paint Sealant $250.00 Interior Protection $199.00 Under Coating $250.00 Rustproofing $200.00 a total of $899.00 plus tax. I am willing to send Mr. [redacted] a check for $500.00 towards goodwill.
