Office Products, Inc.

Review: We ordered 14 office chairs from Office Products, Inc. and have been having similar issues with a few of the chairs. I have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] a representative with Office Products through email and phone and have yet to have the issue resolved. I first contacted Mr. [redacted] on September 16th 2015 by phone to let him know of the issue. Mr. [redacted] asked if I could send an email of our office address and pictures of the chairs and that he would have a technician come out and repair the chairs. I did not hear from Mr. [redacted] so I followed up the next week with a call and email. Mr. [redacted] returned my call and informed me that he did not have any one in that area but would be able to send someone that week or the following week. I waited another week to contact Mr. [redacted] because the chairs had still not been repaired and I hadn’t heard anything from him about the issue. I left a voicemail and sent another email and did not hear anything. On October 29th our company called and spoke with Mr. [redacted] to follow up on the status of the chairs being repaired. After that phone call he sent me an email apologizing, the pricing for the repairs and requesting pictures of the chairs. I then sent the pictures of the chairs and he confirmed that he received them. I left him a voicemail and followed up with an email on November 3rd about the status of the repair and I have not heard anything from Mr. [redacted]. I am very disappointed with the customer service or I should say lack of customer service that I have received from this company regarding the chair repairs.Desired Settlement: I would like the chairs for my office repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This has been an issue for a few months and I have been sold a product that is faulty and I can't use it in the current condition.
