Customer Service: Easy ordering process, no apparent security risks, prompt order confirmation email. Did not receive a shipping confirmation email as promised.
Order Fulfillment: Bad news. Free shipping as promised, but the promised 7-10 days turned out to be 30 days actual. This is a significant issue for me because my default supplier provides free 2 day delivery (Amazon Prime). Just-In-Time inventory management of these cartridges is a challenge because consumption of any of the 10 ink colors varies greatly based upon the color makeup of the photos being printed.
Competitor's Free 2 day delivery allows me to eliminate the risk of running out by keeping only 1 spare of each color on hand. Iâm not sure how to manage inventory with a delivery time that appears to vary between 7 and 30 days. Probably a deal killer, but the price advantage is so huge that if product quality is on par with OEM I will try to develop a reliable replenishment system.
