Office Depot refuses to return $to me for a damaged file cabinet that was delivered to me It also had no key for the lock on the drawer I received a phone call from Office Depot on April 4, stating the credit was being processed within 3-business days It was not I have spoken to them daily for the last three days and each person I speak to says "3-business days" It has been business days and still no credit The cabinet was returned on April 5, Return confirmation #***-

I bought a product online that clearly state it came in carton of for the price, when I went to pick the item up they tried to give me one of each instead of my carton of I call their ###-###-#### number and the agent told me she would get back to me in to hrswhen I didn't here from them all afternoon, I called the company againThis time the agent said all she could do for me was refund my money since they don't sell buy cartonI am just letting you all know to watch out for their gimmicks online since this product clearly stated carton of on officedepot.com website and even on my confirmation emailThey are playing bait and switch with consumers and since they refuse to honor my transaction which they had already processed my money from my account
