The customer - [redacted] wanted a customized item, sales representative who provided the estimate to the customer was new, under training and provided an incorrect estimate to the customerWhen the management reviewed the order, we realized that the estimate provided was incorrect, we contcated the customer, provided them the correct estimate, informed them that since the new price estimate for their customized order is more than the original estimate, they have the option to cancel the orderCustomer did not want to pay more, and asked us to cancel their order, so we cancelled their order, we have not even collected any payment from the customer to even start processing their order since the order was not reviewed by our management teamNO PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED FROM THE CUSTOMER, SO NO REFUND WAS ISSUEDAs per our policies & disclaimers, we have the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors

I had a very negative experience with Robert Half-Office Team Recruiters The company do not follow their mission which states, "We’ve made it our mission to help people find fulfilling jobs and companies build happy, productive teams." This is not a true statement; I was invited to an interview from a Recruiter in Troy, Michigan and he left me sitting for an hour in a small office with the cold air conditioning drifting on meHe tried to push me off on another recruiter, but I left the office before I had the chance to meet herSoon after I contacted the Recruiter to gain insight about his negligenceHe tried to justify his actions; stating that he was tied up in a meetingThen he explained that he would call me back after he finished submitting an order and again he did not follow throughI called a third time inquiring about Customer Service I viewed on Indeed, he transferreed me to another Recruiter name Christana, she expalined there was a position available and would give me a call after she obtained more feedbackI sent her an email inquiring about the position, the same thing as before, did not reply to my emailThen I tried to reach out to the Southfield, Mi office, left a message on the Manager's voicemail inquiring about a Recruiting position and she did not return my phone call eitherThe staff members are very cold and unprofessional and I do not recommend their services to anyone

NO PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED FROM THE CUSTOMER, SO NO REFUND WAS ISSUED. As per our policies & disclaimers, we have the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors.
