[redacted] placed an online order on his own for 1 package 20  of the TOP3280 Employee Record File on 2/10/17.  The package was delivered via UPS and [redacted] opened the packaged and used 2 of the Employee record files and then determined they were  too small for his needs...

and would like to purchase the expanding folder instead.  He contacted our customer service department and spoke to Carol.  He was told he we can't accept opened and used items for return. Even though he only used 2 folders it is considered used. The item is sold by the package and the entire package must be unused.  The item must be in resalable condition.  The cost of the item was never a factor.  He also asked to speak to a supervisor and was told we can't accept the item for return.  Below is a copy of our return policy as stated on the officesupersavers.com website.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unopened item for a refund* (not including shipping costs) within the first 30 days following your order. Please keep all original packaging; items not in their original condition are not returnable.
