When the customer hired TJB-INC, she was informed that it would be 6-8 weeks before we could get to her job. Her small job would be a filler job for us in between our larger projects. In the meantime, she was to hire a weeding contractor to prep the site for us. Customer called and...
said the site was prepped. We told her our current job was taking a little longer than expected due to change orders and we would be out to her job in a couple of weeks.
TJB-INC closed the office over the long Columbus Day and took an additional day off. Customer called 4 times over the weekend and left messages each time getting more and more aggravated with each call. Customer complained to her children who told her she was being ripped off and should contact the Revdex.com.
TJB has finished the large project and is now going to service the smaller contract (like the complainant's) for the next 2 weeks before we start our next large project.
If the customer still wants the project completed, we will doing it in the next 2 days. If the customer wants to cancel, that is fine also, we will return her deposit if full. If she changes her mind and wants us to proceed after canceling, we can not schedule it until next spring because we are completely booked for 2015.
Let us know what the customer decides to do.
