Revdex.com:Please note we were not advised a credit was issued on 6/5, I was promised a resolution and callback and never received one regarding this bill from a manager. This company also chose to ignore this complaint for more than two months.Regardless I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that resolution to be satisfactory.
