Terrible customer service. They never responded but were quick to take my money. Still waiting on my product but they cant be bothered. And of course they do not have a business phone. They are basically thiefs.

This order was placed on 7/25 and delivered on 8/1 (only 5 business days later). We did reply within one day to the customer's email - who requested to cancel after the order was already in transit. As stated on our website before adding masks to cart, all face masks are final sale and cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

Good morning.

I never received the chest bag that I ordered. I was told that my order was split and that shipping was delayed due to COVID. I completely understood that, but now we’re going on 2 months since I placed my order and no chest bag.

Company assures consumer that it’s good quality masks to help
Prevent COVID19, when I received my mask it was cheap and they didn’t want to refund me. They didn’t keep their end of the deal and now won’t refund me my hard earned money.

Still waiting on an order placed on April 4th. No customer service response. Awful company.

I received a product from The Official Brand and the quality of the product wasn’t satisfactory. I contacted them via email for a refund and how to go about returning the item. I received no email response after 4 days.

Horrible horrible horrible company that will take your money and not ship your items. Additionally, when they do get back to you (via email ONLY) they do not provide you with the information requested.
I asked for a tracking number and was told that I needed to contact the postal service about a missing parcel.
How am I supposed to report my package is missing without tracking info?
I also requested a refund since the order was placed on 6/29 and it now 7/15 and there is no updates.

This order was delivered on 7/20. Please be patient and understand that USPS has been experiencing delays as we are in the middle of a pandemic.

I contacted this seller via their email (since their phone number is not active) to have my order cancelled since they advertised 2 day shipping. I received an email 2 days later on the 29th saying that the item was not a 2 day shipping item. I told them again to cancel my order and to refund my money. I received no response.. I received an email today from vendor with a USPS tracking along with a message saying it was shipped on the 29th. When I confirmed the tracking number it verifies that they shipped the product on July 1st around 7pm PST from California. Amazing how they ignore my emails about canceling the order and then lied about when it was shipped knowing full well the tracking will tell the exact date.

Official has been heavily advertising masks that they are selling as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. I ordered a mask on 5/6. My credit card was charged on 5/6. They sent me an email on 5/7 saying the mask shipped. As of 6/12 USPS online order tracker still says that USPS is waiting to receive the item from Official. On 5/22 I emailed them and they told me I would receive it “in a day or two”. On 6/1 I emailed them requesting to cancel my order. They never responded. Now it is 6/12, I still dont have the mask and I still haven’t received a refund. I have tried to be polite and understanding, but they continue to heavily market these masks with email campaigns but they can’t fulfill my order (and I live in the same city they are based out of).

I ordered masks from this company May 14th 2020, they sent me a tracking number and it still has t shipped. I reached out to them via email because they don’t provide a phone number on any of there websites. I received two emails form them one down playing saying that they were in transit when I seen that they weren’t I reached out again and this time I was told that there is something wrong with USPS because my order left May 12th 2020 I knew I have been taken for my money because I didn’t order my masks until May 14, 2020. The customer service sucks and I am still either waiting for my masks or my money

On May 11th I purchased 4 face masks from them and received an email from them stating my order was shipped.

Order #: *** I have not received my items and have emailed them and the keep replying with a standard template. There was mention of a delay but that I should start seeing shipping updates on my order. No updates at all and no response from them
On the status of my order. I have asked for a refund and they have not responded. Terrible terrible company.

Yes, I have received the face masks.

Advertising masks as ready to ship and coming from CA all over Facebook. Ordered a month ago and still haven’t received. Recieved email stating it shipped three weeks ago with tracking. Tracking still says that label was created but package has not yet arrived at a usps facility to be shipped. Emails to cancel and have payment returned have gone unanswered.

Has shared zero shipping info on an item ordered 15 days ago. All comments on social media are limited so consumers cannot share or be critical of the experience they have had with this company. Will not respond to emails. Impossible to reach.

I received my order and was highly upset. I ordered a pink and black Official logo mask and received the pink one with the logo and the Black one with no logo. Im pretty upset because when I ordered I expected both my mask to come in with official logos. If I wanted a plain black mask I could of got it somewhere else and cheaper. So I paid for a plain black mask through OFFICIAL. Attempted twice to email them and I get an automatic email response showing me how to track my order. When im emailing them stating I received my order and its false advertisement.

They're false advertising items. Horrible customer service and committing a crime. Should be shut down

I ordered some face coverings from this company on April 24th and have yet to receive them. I've emailed them several times asking for an update on the status of my order and I have finally asked them to cancel my order. They have not responded to any request. There are numerous reports of false advertising from customers on Facebook.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I ordered a pack of 5 face masks from this company on 4/22/20. After no correspondence since placing my order I decided to email their customer service on 5/11 and I requested the status of my order. Customer service never responded to me, however on 5/12 I got an email saying they had made a shipping label for my package. As of 11:23pm 5/13 it is still in PRE-SHIPMENT meaning USPS still does not have my items and perhaps never will? In comparison, I ordered face masks from a company on 5/12 and as of 5/13 it is in the mail with an estimated delivery date of 5/16. This company has disabled all customer comments on Instagram and reviews on Facebook and Twitter are overwhelmingly negative with no response from the company. At this point, if I do get my package, I definitely expect it to include an incorrect quantity of an inferior product.

Tracking shows no movement. Request for more information and emails to theofficialbrand.com have gone unanswered.

I understand that the COVID-19 situation can create shipping delays but this is extreme, and your website continues to average ship times of 3-5 days. Your facebook page is filled with thousands of complaints by customers who have not received their items.

I ordered items on April 25. Items have not shipped out I have contacted the company multiple times and requested a refund and have not received a response back.

This order was shipped in 2 shipments - one was shipped on 5/15 and since been delivered - *** via USPS. Your second shipment is in transit - *** postnl ram. By the time you asked for a refund this order was already being picked-and-packed at our fulfillment center.

I am rejecting this response because: I emailed multiple times within the 4 week window requesting a response. The company responded to me 1 time letting me know they would cancel my order before anything shipped out. They ignored my multiple requests to cancel my order and refund and shipped items.

Bought face masks as advertised on company’s website and social media and after days without shipping or letting me know there was going to be a bigger delay, decided to cancel the order.
Then couldn’t reach the company in any of their communication channels and found out through their page on Facebook others were going through the same awful experience as I was.
Discovered the company owner’s Instagram page and asked for a refund. He said such thing would take place on Monday, May 4th, 2020 and it did not happen. I received and email on 05/03/2021 saying that my order was refunded but it simply was not.
The company’s still advertising the face masks for a very expensive price even though the very few customers that receive their orders complain on social media about the different quality and even different prints on the masks.

we did refund and cancel this immediately on said-date. You must understand that refunds take 5-10 business days to show in your bank account, depending on the bank but on our end we already have done what we can. I attached a screenshot from our shopify showing we did refund it to your same card. Also, we don't appreciate you sharing and spamming our private and personal profiles and photos publicly on other social media outlets.

I have not received my order!!!! It has been almost a month I personally emailed their customer service three times and I have not received a response!!! If a business is going to be advertising the selling of NECESSARY face masks then they should be keeping in touch with customers about their orders. This is taking advantage of a GLOBAL EPIDEMIC! Many people also have not decided their orders also.
