[redacted] and Ebert Fence & Railing LLC did sign a contract on July *, 2017. There was a misunderstanding in that [redacted] thought a custom wrought Iron fence would take 1-2 weeks to manufacture, paint, and install. In which it really takes 4-6 weeks. So in which case both...
parties did agree on reimbursing the deposit of $400. Ebert Fence & Railing LLC did send out a certified money order of $400 in good faith as promised.
