This company has not provided the e-tickets I ordered because I did not want to send it a copy of my driver's license or passport.  If the company is unsure about my identity or is concerned about fraud, then cancel the transaction (i.e., give me a refund) and keep the tickets.  If not, email me the tickets that I already paid for and don't issue the refund.  It cannot keep my money and not give me the tickets that I paid for by citing a no-refund provision in the terms and conditions.  Yes, I knew about the no-refund provision before making the purchase.  But the terms and conditions do not state that the company is free to not send me the tickets because it is suddenly concerned about fraud and also to keep my money.  Just to be perfectly clear, I never received the e-tickets that I paid for.  Once the concert happens, the only recourse is for the company to issue a refund.  I.e., I don't want some photocopies of tickets to a past event.

I am rejecting this response because:This complaint Complaint ID: [redacted] has not been resolved. The company did not give me my money back after I contacted them via email & phone. They are saying they will not do anything for me & I need to contact the 3rd party seller for which I did & they refused to give me my money back. The website is owned by Official-Online-Tickets & there website says they want the customer to be 100% satisfied for which I am not but they will not take care of me. So this complaint is not resolved. They are misleading customers on there website & false advertising. Please help. Thank you, [redacted]
