Upon receipt of the letter from Revdex.com dated 11/13/we researched into the purchase and found that the correct order number for the buyer is KC1381.From there my customer service team informed me that the buyer's inquiry was responded to on 11/1/to gain more informationWe requested photos of the damage reported for our records which were provided on 11/3/17.We then emailed a pre-paid return shipping label on 11/so that the item could then be returned to us for a full refund upon receipt.To date the item has not been received but in good faith we have issued the buyer a full refund as of today, 11/at 1pm PST along with an email notification of refund.Please confirm you have received these details and that there are no further steps to be taken at this time.Thank you for your assistance.-SLM-

I ordered a branded shirt from kirkcousins.org. Upon receiving it, the threads all pulled out the first time I wore it. When I tried to contact I realized that they don’t have a phone number, and one must hunt for the address. I’ve used the contact form online multiple times over a week with no return contact. When searching for the address I found, I realized it is for a media company that markets for professional athletes. I want a refund or exchange of the horrible quality shirt.
