What what disciplinary action have you met it on to this person? As I stated before, I phoned your car wash to make sure it was in full operation and was told it was fully operable after the completion of the described work What is your policy for having a staff member speak with me after I had waited for a management response to my issue? We appreciate the business and your membership at Broadway Carwash We understand your concern for paying for a monthly service and not receiving the service for these particular days We take pride in servicing your vehicle as with all our customers
The first week of May our
carwash closed for two days as we were under heavy construction and remodeling to better serve our customers in the future With the high demand, I had made the decision to open briefly to service as many customers as we could during that period knowing we could not open under regular hours. Unfortunately, we could not service all our customers and I apologize we could not come through for you. We displayed notices for a few months prior to our closure throughout our facility. There is also a signed agreement with all our members accepting we may close for weather inclement or maintenance. As for the gentlemen you were referring to, he was identified as a manger off-the-clock and not me as I drive a grey BMW and was not on the facility during that time.
I hope this is a better understanding of our situation. Since reconstruction, we have been open daily during our regular hours. I appreciate your concern and hope we can provide a better experience for you

As indicated from our prior correspondence, the carwash was closed for two days due to heavy construction and remodeling. We opened the carwash through a narrow window of opportunityUnfortunately, we could not service all our customers. Again, I apologize that we could not provide our service to you on that day. I reiterate that the signed agreement says that we may close for inclement weather or for maintenance
You stated that you got the driver of the white truck’s attention. As I indicated in the last correspondence, I do not have a white truck
A refund cannot be issued as services were rendered for the month. For your trouble, I can offer to wash your two front mats. Please see me personally to redeem this offer

I have cancelled and refunded your June membership. I am including a copy of the terms and conditions of the membership. It states that "I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment maintenance or inclement weather" with your signature below indicating that you fully understand the terms and conditions. Thank you for your patronage. I am sorry your issue could not be resolved

I do accept the response from the business and thank them for agreeing to refund the $29.00.
However, I would suggest that if they have recommendations to make to the customer about the level of service that will be required, that this is expressed *before* the service is purchased. In my case, I did not ignore any recommendation - none was given until I raised a complaint. If they have recommendations to make, please, do not wait until after the car service has been rendered and the customer has complained. Train the person making the initial transaction to make an assessment and we can all avoid disappointment.

Especially common in the identification of [redacted].  I was given this gentleman's card  2 different times and at the last encounter with the staff member they said that [redacted] was in fact driver of a large white truck. Also, I had previously phoned  your place of business to confirm your open hours for the day that I arrived on the 3rd..
 
I would like to receive a refund of my monthly fee that was paid on approximately May 6th buy automatic withdrawal from my credit card.[redacted]
