We first received notice of this Complaint from Revdex.com via mail on 07/28/16. We immediately contacted [redacted] and invited him to return to our car wash on 07/29/16 so we, Offshore Auto Spa, could address his concerns. We gave [redacted] a free car wash...

and allowed him to follow his vehicle through our tunnel and watch the process first hand. We showed him how the car wash equipment was designed specifically to use Soft-Flex Foam on the brushes along with soapy water to achieve a clean, safe washing process. When [redacted] left, he was satisfied that the damage to his vehicle was not caused by our car wash and that he would return as a satisfied frequent customer.

In reference to the attached e-mail regarding the Revdex.com Complaint Case# 89075290 (Ref#XX-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XX-XXX);
I was contacted yesterday morning July 28th 2016 by the Offshore Auto Spa girl named Monic.
She invited me over to speak with the manager Friday morning July 29th 2016. I said yes!
In doing so, I explained in detail what my concerns were regarding the my scratched vehicle 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
As I pointed out the deep scratches above the passenger door and on the gate, he asked me if he could run it through the car wash
to get a better view of the vehicle once it is clean. I said okay!
Meanwhile the manager gave me the grand tour through the car was wash showing and explaining in detailed the process and
the foam rubber materials used on the overhead brushes as well as the sides. At that point in time, I realized those foam rubber brushes were not the same brushes used when the damage occurred.
I thanked the manager for taking the time to go through their process and materials used to do the job.
I offered to pay the girl for the car wash, they insisted it was no charge, and all they wanted was my future business.
I agreed, and thanked him again and said I would return.

Had I addressed this issue at the time it occurred, "several months previous" I could have proved my case. The time just flew by.
Realizing that I had no grounds to stand on; and that they did in fact do a good job with the new foam brushes, I assured the manager I would contact the Revdex.com to inform them of this agreed resolution.
