 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: As stated in Mr. Georgre's letter his customer, my neighbor is in fact a Middletown Twp. police officer. She has lived here many years and has been a good neighbor. When she called to get permission for her tree company to clear a path between her property to her next store neighbor on my property I gave her the ok. I did not give permission for anything else. All said I do not believe she would tell Mr. George anything more than she had permission to do. Mr. George claims that someone gave his crew a hard time 2 years ago while trimming the same tree. While knowing that I would think such a savvy business man such as himself would have taken a few minutes and talked to the property owner as to his plans especially knowing that someone had given his crew such a hard time 2 years ago just for trimming the tree yet he never took 1 second of his time even to return my call after leaving messages on his business phone. Mr. George has no verbal or written agreement at all as to what he could or could not do on my property. Mr. George  himself gave his instruction to his foreman to cut the tree and let it fall on my property. I spoke to his foreman a pleasent fellow twice that day once before they cut the tree and once after and allowed them to work all day although I had to ask them to leave because it was upsetting my wife to much. They left sheets of plywood and other debris plus giant ruts all over plus a very large clearing about 80' deep x 40' wide into my property or as Mr. George says sticker bushes and weeds. I have a 5 acre property that backs up to many other properties with more than 20 neighbors while most enjoy the privacy it offers there are those who dump on it much like yourself Mr. George. You do not have to reply to this letter but do expect civil action. Let's see what you have to say.  I believe you missed you calling as a fiction novel author. Sincerely [redacted]

May 11, 2015Dear Revdex.com,This letter is in response to ID#[redacted] ([redacted]) our customer who is a Middletown Twp. Police Officer contracted our company to remove her hazardous tree. When I, Joe G[redacted] owner and operator of the company gave her an estimate, I explained to her that she would need to get...

permission from her neighbors to be on their properties. This was a huge tree and there was no way to contain it, to just her property. She did in fact speak to both neighbors who did give their consent. We proceeded to remove the tree. When our crew was cleaning up, we were told by the plaintiff to get off his property, We explained to him that we wanted to get any wood and debris off his property to do a good clean up. He proceeded to tell us to LEAVE IT and to GET OFF HIS PROPERTY NOW!!! He is the property owner and we had to abide by his wishes. Now he wants us to come back and clean up. Our crew is not going back to a property, which we were told to GET OF! Also the large opening that was disrupted was sticker bushes and weeds that are probably already regrown. The plaintiff has old tires and garbage all around his back yard. When we trimmed that same tree a couple years ago, they also came out screaming that they didn't want the tree trimmed. That was not up to them, because it wasn't their tree. That is why made sure to let our Customer know that she had to get their permission which she did. The other neighbor had no complaints with us, because he didn't kick us off his property, he let us do our job and clean up. ts the plaintiff didn't want us anywhere on his property, than he should not have given his consent. In closing if he wanted the debris in his yard cleaned up, than he should not have kicked us off his property. I find it amazing how in his letter to you, he left out that detail.Sincerely,Joe G[redacted], President
