Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Since this has been an on going problem for the last three summers, not just during the last heat wave, I feel they should reimburse us for a third party to come out to resolve the leak Our screws never rusted with the old liner they told us they had a bad batch of screwsAlso we paid them to test the main drain and lines and none of these were the problem eitherThe pool was structurally sound when they replaced the liner, or I would have had to pay extra for any needed repairs at that time Regards, [redacted]

At above complaint , homeowner said upon opening pool, crew did not clean pool cover as requested and paid forHomeowner was not present at opening and crew indicated to me they had indeed cleaned coverAs I have no way of knowing for sure if cover was cleaned as per request, I indicated to
homeowner I would rebate total fee of opening, not partial credit for cover cleaningHomeowner expressed disappoint in our service, and I suggested he should then find a different company to do service he desires as we do not meet his expectationsI have not been notified by him of any other issues he had with opening and am not really sure of what he would like to discuss, but regardless we reserve the right to not service customers who find our work inferiorHe was credited full amount by check, and feel free to contact him to confirm he received itThank You Mike N*** (Offshore Pools)

I am rejecting this response because:Since this has been an on going problem for the last three summers, not just during the last heat wave, I feel they should reimburse us for a third party to come out to resolve the leak.  Our screws never rusted with the old liner.  they told us they had a bad batch of screws. Also we paid them to test the main drain and lines and none of these were the problem either. The pool was structurally sound when they replaced the liner, or I would have had to pay extra for any needed repairs at that time.
