Bought an oversized office chair ($500+) three years ago. Chair had limited lifetime warranty. Chair seat deteriorated to a point where synthetic leather was falling apart. Chair was advertised as leather. Contacted sales company, Global Industrial who told me to contact OFM. Left message with OFM multiple times with no response. Global said they also tried with no response. Worst customer service ever. Would not buy any products from OFM.
