Our website is for Entertainment Only and if you are playing for money then you will be banned from using our site. We take pride in keeping everything above board and transparent for the people who participate in these games, to keep them fair and to make sure the pool manager (who is cc'd)...

can't cheat.  That's one reason why our site has been growing for 18 straight years.  We have no interest in who wins your game. We only have interest in making people happy so they will be return customers. Yesterday, we had a first ever issue with the scoring the pools.  Normally the scoring happens immediately after each game ends.  The website didn't "freeze" but we weren't able to update the scores and standings for approximately 45 minutes. It sounds like this person may have checked the standings after the games ended, thinking all the scoring was done. When he checked back later, after the scoring was complete, he saw that he had dropped in the standings.  That's my guess. If there was something else specifically that he wanted us to look at, we would be happy to dig into it and let him know exactly what happened. For example, if he thought someone mysteriously jumped ahead of him in the standings, we could tell him when that person logged in and when they entered their picks.
