Review: I went to purchase an item from ofsight.com and saw there was free standard shipping in this help link (http://www.ofsight.com/coshelp/index/help/) when I went to check out their system tried to charge me $14.95 for standard shipping. I was in a live chat with one of their agents for an hour and nothing was resolved. I even sent them screen shots of what I read and insisted they charge, ignoring what I sent them. I have all screen shots saved. I can send them to you. False advertisement. Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 14.94$ plus applicable taxes.

Review: The customer service was a man that did not know what his was doing and would not give me any information that I needed very unprofessional. So that made me feel that this site is not legitimate.Desired Settlement: I wish to get my money back for a refund of $44.94

Review: I ordered sunglasses from this company. Bought them with my credit card. I have paid the credit card. I have not received the glasses, nor can I get a tracking number online. My order # is [redacted]. I'm trying to get answers about my order, when am I going to receive them, what is the tracking number. I have called at least 30 times during business hours and they have picked up once, and it was extremely difficult to talk to the man. It was like he was pretending to literally not understand me. It took 3 min for me to spell my name to him before he got it, which I don't think he did. I would like my money back, $139.91. I have also sent two emails to their service address and I haven't gotten a response.Desired Settlement: I'd like my 139.91 back please.
