                                        ...⇄                04/25/2017       Revdex.com [redacted]   Dear Revdex.com Representative:   In Response to complaint [redacted], The customer brought his car in December 01, 2016 to replace the engine.  The agreement was $1200 which $500 was left as a deposit to purchase a new engine.   Upon further inspecting the car we noticed that the radiator needed to be replaced which added an additional $100.   After replacing the engine, I had a hard time with the wiring to start the engine because the original engine got so hot it burned and grounded out the wiring which now has to be replaced.    I have repeatedly attempted to call the customer but to no avail.  We were not able to leave a message on his cell phone because his voicemail was not set up.  The customer did not come back until April 19, 2017 when I tried to explain the situation.  He got mad started to curse me out and say I had not done anything to his car, that probably has the old engine still in it etc... and began to threaten me with another person which I believe was his son, they said they were going to call the police, I told the customer he could call whoever he wants, but that the best thing would be for him to take his car.  I explained to the police that the customer still owes me for the labor incurred during engine installation.   We were unable to do the electrical wiring work because we needed approval from the customer.  After being threatened I refuse to work on his car solely because I feel unsafe and uncomfortable working with the customer.  The customer came in December wanting to have the engine in his car replaced four months ago. We basically stored his automobile after completing the engine work for free until his returned 4 months later.  As a shop owner, I have the right to place a lien sale on the auto and did not.
