No sim card
opened up the box and everything in it and never received a sim card and the instructions I got on the internet did me no good never mentioned how to turn on phone and no clarification on the other funxtions as well but with the help of my son at least I was able to get phone on and he said what the keys should be to turn on and off

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Og Wireless regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">On May **, 2014, Og Wireless called me at 3:and I wasn't able to pick upI called them back 3:and the woman that answered told me they receive a complain from the Revdex.com and was looking to resolve the issueShe said there was "confusion" and even said they have no records of my returned phone being received by themHowever, I still have the tracking number and it definitively showed it was delivered at the address Og Wireless providedShe did tell me she has seen the messages on *** regarding the RMA and asked if I wanted them to try to send me another replacement phone or a full refundI opted for the full refund, thinking it would be less of a hassle, and she said it would be no problem and I should see the refund soonWe hung up afterwardsI then come home and checked both my *** and *** account for the refund and nothingI tried to call them one or a few times but like how this all started...there was no answer! I looked up on the internet and read a refund through *** could take up to business days to process so I gave them the last benefit of the doubt and still no refund

I brought a Blu phone from OG wireless it didn't come with a SIM card and and I could not use the SIM card that I brought for the phone because the phone wasn't unlocked like it stated! I call both Wal Mart and to OG wireless to get them to refund my money! I was told by Wal Mart that I would have to send the phone back to OGwireless! OG wireless did not send an return label to return the item ! I have called and emailed this company both asking them to mail me a return label so that I can mail the phone back to them thus far I haven't received any type of respond from OG wireless. nor have I received any return label from their company! I will not buy any thing else from this company! They're a rip off!

I ordered BLU Zoey Flex Z130 1.8 Cell Phone Flip VGA Unlocked Dual SIM-Gold, it was not unlocked, so we can't use it and it took months to get a return label so we could send it back to get my card credited

Purchased what was supposed to be a brand new BLU Pureview phone from OG Wireless (Miami Wireless) on Ebay a few days ago. I noticed when I opened the box that it WAS NOT brand new. There was a screen protector already installed with scratches all over it (not on the screen). I called the manufacturer who advised me they would send me an unboxing video to watch that would show their products come with an identifying screen protection film over the preinstalled protector. This was not present in this phone. I want a replacement - a brand new PureView which is what I ordered. I DO NOT want a refund.

I just received my Blu Tank ll phone in the mail. It didn't come with the SIM card. How do we correct this?

The one star is very much deserved. We are in the middle of our own OG Wireless nightmare. They are unavailable, period. The only time I got to speak to them was through a WalMart phone hookup, and they didn't help at all. I asked to speak to a superviser (of OG Wireless), and was told I'd receive a call back within 3 hours. That was 4 days ago. WalMart took pity on us, refunded the phone directly, told us to keep the old phone (destroy it, donate it, whatever), and we stupidly ordered a second phone. Well, it just showed up today, and doesn't work either. No help available once again. Lesson learned.

Review: I ordered a BLU Energy X Plus on 8/** received it 8/** it came out the box defective. I received it outside of the customer service contact hours on a Friday so I notified [redacted] the item was defective and sent an email to the seller. I am without a phone. I have sent at LEAST 4 emails to the company and VOA [redacted] only ONE has gotten a response and it was "what is the issue with the product . By then I had spoke with a rep AND sent three emails regarding the defect. I still responded and never got a reply. The woman I spoke with promised to email return labels to ship back at no cost. I've received nothin . She keeps advising check spam but I do not have it and everything else arrives fine. There is no answer when I call I have left voice mails and requested a refund via [redacted] in hopes to get a return label to exchange but shipping isn't covered and she explicitly stated I would not be charged to ship the defective unit back.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to send me the labels with the shipping charges covered, as promised, so that I can exchange the defective phone or for someone to correspond with me in regards to how to resolve this.

Review: This vendor operates as the marketplace seller, "Go Wireless" on [redacted]. I purchased a cell phone from them in November of last year which was rejected by the post office and returned to the US. I called to ask for it to be reshipped, I was told it would be and it never was. My money was never refunded. I have emailed the company, they did not respond. I have called on two occasions during business hours and they do not answer. I reported them to [redacted] twice, [redacted] has failed to resolve the issue or assist me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.

Review: I ordered a cellphone from the seller, OgWireless, through [redacted] on February **, 2014. I received it within 3 days. Then after one and a half months the phone's receiver started to become defective. This meant that I sometimes could but most of the time couldn't hear the people talking. There were no physical or water damage, so I asked OgWireless if they could help with a replacement and they replied saying I could do an RMA. After receiving their mailing address, I sent the cellphone back through USPS. Tracking number showed OgWireless had received the phone on April **, 2014. On April **, 2014 they sent me a message stating the replacement will be shipped April [redacted]. No tracking number was provided so I asked them on the [redacted] when I noticed the replacement hasn't arrived yet but there wasn't a reply. I started calling their phone within their stated business hours of 11AM-PM EST. Long story short, from May [redacted] up to when Im writing this there has only been frustration. 90% of my calls were unanswered. The other 10% were full of frustration. The women who picks up seemed to sound like they were trying to help me but at the end of the call I was left with no solution to my predicament and further frustration. So on May **, 2014, I sent them one last e-mail telling them of my dissatisfaction with their service and if there wasn't an answer to my e-mail within 3 days then I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. No answer!Desired Settlement: I simply just want either to finally get a replacement for phone or getting my money back.
