deceptive practice against veterans,not an accreted urgent care
walked in with veterans card with tri care and was told it was accepted, but my veterans rep said they cant cover the 366 dollar bill. I spent hours on phone with office to no avail, I have had 3 major surgeries in a year with no income for 7 months but they could care less. Then turned it in to a collection service and paid them 150 but it wasn't good enough so they are taking me to court, state of Utah wont help veterans down on there luck with even a dollar, buy will give our taxes to every illegal coming here.dont ever trust the Ogden clinic.

Radiology very poor customer treatment
My husband was seen for an MRI in the Ogden Clinic Professional Center North. After lying on his back for half an hour, when the procedure was over, he asked the tech if she could help him get up from the table. She just said "No". He was here because of back issues, he is well over 70 years old, and needed assistance in getting up from the table. To find out that he was clearly refused any assistance is just the worse I can think of for customer support, he could have fallen, he could have further injured his back (or other area) in trying to get off the machine alone. Is this the kind of service your radiology department offers?

lousy service at grand view clinis in Roy
My son had a snow board accident and went to grand view to get xray and see what was wrong with his knee. After xray he was told to stay off of it and that anti inflamatory medicine would be called into Walmart pharmacy. we went to walmart and they had no prescription on file. Monday morning at 8 a.m. I called grand view and was told to come in for an xray. I told them that one had already been done that the doctor had forgot to call in the meds. I was assured that it would be taken care of. At 11:30 I called again and still nothing had been don but that they were on it and it would be taken care of promptly. By 2:30 I took my son to skyline where my doctor Elizabeth Thompson, who is fantastic called doctor bailey and within 2 minutes he was on the phone with my son Jeff, no apology but made sure to mention that this was his day off but finally the prescription was called in. This was totally lazy and unprofessional of dr. bailey and because he could not take the time to do his job, my son was in intense pain. This is not the first time this has happened, I called dr. amann 2 years ago before Easter on Friday and told him I had pain in my back from my neck down and I could not walk 3 feet without having to catch my breath. I was told to take 2 aspirin and call Monday if I was not better. By Saturday night I was in the hospital with a heart attack and blood clot that Ogden Regional told me that my doctor should have known what was happening because of the symptoms. I was in ICU for 5 days and when I was released then dr. amann called for me to make an appointment with him. I think I told them to drop dead. If you guys do not care or are too busy to do your jobs or just do not want to be bothered then close it down or hire more people. But do your job or close

I am rejecting this response because: promised made have not been kept in the time set by the business.  This is the third time a promise/expectation has been set by this business and not done.  Firstly, it was promised the original overpayment refund would go back on the same form of payment (credit card), not done.  Second, a representative promised to send me a check within 3-5 days, received a month later.  This time, I was promised a check at the beginning of this week.  It is Friday and I do not have it.  Each time, I am required to call repeatedly to reset the missed expectation only to get an apology and new promise that is not kept.
