These salesmen have no idea how to sell a car. The follow up is terrible, acting clueless and listing used cars as new. Highly unprofessional and lost a sale of an expensive car. Poor service and all around clueless. Woman at the concierge is friendly, but that is the only positive. The owner of this dealership should be embarrassed. Pro tip - don't employ a high school "kid" as a salesman. Selling a used 2 year old car for above MSRP and close to $20,000 over KBB value, there is a reason this dealership is terrible.

This issue has been resolvedFollowing this complaint the [redacted] came in and purchased a vehicle from [redacted] with no issues and left the dealership satisfied

This vehicle was extensively test driven by the customer multiple times including a trip to the customer's homeAfter test driving the vehicle and working with their salesman over the course of several weeks the *** decided that not only did they want to purchase the Jeep but they wanted our
dealership to customize it even furtherBut, despite the ample time driving and presumably researching the vehicle the customer called upon their salesman after the purchase w/ several concernsThese concerns were addressed IMMEDIATELYThe customer never once had to return to the dealership - their salesman picked up and dropped off their Jeep any time the *** presented an issueOur service director, general manager and owner of the dealership were all involved in trying to come to a resolution and the customer was kept in constant communicationEveryone with a hand in this deal went above and beyond to try and satisfy the ***Specifically regarding the "sub par" lift kit - The lift used to customize the Jeep was by no means sub par - it simply is just not of the same brand that Jeep usesThe warranty was not misrepresented to the customerAny issues surrounding warranty information were unfortunately the result of the customer passing information back and forth between our dealership and other dealerships/repair shopsUltimately we want every customer to leave satisfied and every responsible agent of the dealership went above and beyond to try a come to a satisfactory resolution with this customer

This issue has been resolvedBMW put the wrong diesel exhaust fluid in the vehicle which triggered the error codes that were concerning to the CongdonsThere was absolutely no misrepresentation on the part of Ogden Lincoln and we are covering the cost of the $repair
