I called and left a message on the voice mail to our lawn maintenance person that we are cancelling in Sept as we our getting a new lawn He called us and left a message that payment was not received for our 9/7/service so I cancelled our check #on OCT 2, That same day I called the home office and then payed by credit card confirmation #*** and spoke with individuals on a recorded line that assured me a note would be sent to our lawn person that this account is to be cancelled and we would not be paying for any additional charges as we had cancelled this previouslyOn OCT we received another charge on this credit card even though they assured me that the card would be encrypted and he would not be able to charge again to this card Recently he showed up in our neighborhood to fertilize lawns "for the last fertilization of the season" and we noticed he had fertilized our lawn again! He started to place a bill on our door when my husband and I stopped
I have been charged with services that I never ordered and in trying to resolve this matter with this company I have contacted them many times in the past few months with no return contact
