On Jan 24th, At:PMThe Complainant came in complaining that the contacts she purchased in December of had torn lenses in the packagesThis was a month supply of lensesI told her she should have brought them right backShe earlier had stated she had the lenses, then it changed
to she brought them inWe have no record of that and no business would refund or replace a month supply over a year later.As to the glasses, ***e made them not us.We apparently got the delay straightened out with the lab.I proceeded to tell her after this amount of time we would not do anything about the contactsShe got loud, cursed and proceeded to tear us down verballyThen threatened to call the *** *** *** *** bureau and her lawyerThere were witnesses to all of this including small children, I then told her to leave.As to the older gentlemanThere was a *** *** in complaining of the treatment he received at the *** *** My girl was very sympathetic and told him that our Dris a vetAnd still in the service and maybe he knows the Drthere and call him about the treatment.We do everything to keep our customers happy, within reasonThank you for your time, ***
