Todd Ogden is thief! Watch out for this scammer. He will gain your trust and then disappear with your money. Do not give him a penny. You will never see it again. We made a deal and he shook my hand then he disappeared. This man has no honor or dignity. I wish I would have researched this thief before I gave him a down payment for a boat. I have now filed a criminal complaint with the Ventura County Sheriff's Office - Financial Division in Thousand Oaks.
