Review: Went into salon may [redacted] 2015 for japanese hair straightening. After a few days, hair came back curly. Process didnt work. Called salon on may [redacted] and went back in on may [redacted]. Some of the process was done over. After washing my hair again, the same result was obtained. Called salon a 3rd time and asked for refund of $320 and was denied and asked to come in again to fix the hair AGAIN. I refused because too much chemical will damage the hair.
6 weeks later went to a new salon that specializes in straightening and they showed me that my hair was damaged, (broken on the roots and sticking up). The hair was over processed on the roots and under processed elsewhere. Reached out to the OWNER of Adam & Eve and he yelled at me and hung up on me saying I cannot call 2 1/2 months later and ask for refund, even though I had called and requested one after the stylist knew my hair did not turn out properly. I am appalled that he would hang up and yell and accuse me. What kind of business owner does that? All I want is my money back.
In addition, if they do not have experience with their stylist doing such a procedure, they should not offer it.Desired Settlement: Refund of $320 please and someone should tell the owner to be more compassionate towards his unsatisfied customers.
