Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [When the owner came out to my house the Friday before the work was to be completed, I explained that I would need a written detailed invoice as I would be paying them myself that day but would need paperwork in case I needed to file small claims court to have my neighbor reimburse ME for the charges He was completely comfortable with this at the time and stated this was something they could provideHe knew that the police were contacted about the incident as well This did not affect the scope of the job or the company in any way This was a way for me to get reimbursed for the cleaning Not once, did I say I would take legal action against anyone at ServPro regarding the job they completed This is a completely statement I was totally oblivious as to why they left and no one would give me answers Upon contacting the company and the owner no one would explain why they left the premise so fast Not to mention, they put lots of my belongings on top of the chicken feces and ended up making a bigger job They were extremely unprofessional from beginning to end ] Regards, [redacted]

When the SERVPRO technicians arrived at the [redacted] residence, they were approached by the homeowner who verified the scope of work to be performed at her residence While discussing the scope of work, the customer began to state how she was seeking legal actions towards her neighbors for the damages that their animals caused in her garage She further advised the technicians that she was going to seek legal actions towards anyone who failed to meet her requirements during this process The SERVPRO technicians did not feel comfortable performing services at the residence due to the circumstances of the loss The technicians contacted the SERVPRO management who advised them to depart the residence As the customer called the SERVPRO office with complaints about our company we did not mention our reasoning for terminating services because we did not want to make the situation worse SERVPRO apologizes for any inconveniences during this process
