Our technician sprayed the house on Monday August 29" of 2016.... We charged the customer $120. I told the customer that this would be the price for the 1" time service and that depending on the severity of the problem (roaches) we did not guarantee to get rid of the problem with a one time spray. I by no means said “WE DO NOT GUARANTEE WE KILL BUGS'. I also told her when she called and scheduled the service that each re-spray would be $30 and that we would come back at that 3 week mark or 30 day mark for as long as was needed. I also told her that she would not have to sign a contract. The customer called back 1 week later and I told her that she needed to wait 3 weeks and that we would be glad to come back and perform the respray, I also told her that I needed to call our technician that performed the job to talk with him about it and that I would call her back after I discussed it with him. The technician stated that there was a major infestation and that the conditions of the house added to the problem. I immediately called her back and told her that she needed to give it time, that she did not gether roach problem overnight and that they would not all simply die overnight. On August 12" her husband called from his cellphone number after I had already left the office that day. I called him back on Tuesday August 13" that morning. He said that he paid the $120 and we didn't kill any bugs. He said he didn't feel like he should have to pay anything for us to come back. He was very upset. I told him that I had explained to his wife upon the very first phone about the re-spray fees. I could hear his wife in the background yelling "Tell her I am going to come get her xxx repeatedly. I told the husband that I didn't appreciate hearing that and that if that was how they were going to act we would not be talking to them. Then I said goodbye and hung up. We strive to do the best job every time any of our technicians spray a house like it was one of our very own. I feel that if they had of called and acted respectfully then everything would have ended in a much better manor. We will be glad to come back and perform a re-spray one time for the customer at no charge, after that it will be $30 just like they were originally told. Our technician did the job to the best of his ability and we do not feel like a refund is warranted. Sincerely, [redacted] ***
