her to edit her rating on our Facebook page to be factual and we have offered to provide her with an estimate for the work that needs to be completed with a payment plan in place to guarantee payment to our companyIf she did not agree with these conditions, then we will deliver any uncut logs within a mile radius of our location and any cut and dry material to her location in ***, Ohio
We have not had a response to this communicationWe have also only recieved payment for the transport of the logs from ***, Ohio to our location
We are happy to set up a work schedule to complete this project, however we have not heard from ***if she will comply with the emailOnce we have a payment plan and schedule set up, we can arrange for her to view the wood

The promise from this company was to complete the milling two years agoThat is what I want this company to meet and I fully expect a bill once it is delivered as originally promisedI have many emails stating what the original intent was and they never followed through with any of themI fulfilled my end of the bargain by paying a bill when presented (the pifee for completed piof the wood which was paid immediately when the work was completed)I have never been presented a bill since because the work has not been completed and this was the original agreementNow that they have delayed for years, they have a new requirement?? They are presenting delay tactics at this point because they have either sold my wood already or have no intention of completing the agreed upon contract
Only after posting a buyer beware complaint on Facebook could I get them to respond to my many inquiries about my wood
Their tactic at this point is to delay the process by talking about everything but why my wood has not been milledAfter emailing several times back and forth on where my wood was with Dan O*** this last month and why hadn't it been completed, he never answered the questionsjust wanted to email about everything else to be able to say I haven't gotten back to himNow his new tactic is to produce additional wickets for me to jump through so he can again delayIt's time for action and not by myselfI've already met my commitment, it's time for this company to meet theirs and not delay this process any further with further emails and wicketsAttached is the latest email so you can see what I mean
