Review: o Gorman motors have my car and will not return my car me he sell people cars with transmission problems and other and and he always say the warranty don't cover he sales people bad cars and then give people a hard time about fixing my car up there for two weeks and he don't want give my car back my front bumper is off and my tire is flat I went up there two days in a row and I got no where and my car is almost paid off he do this to everybody that buys a car from him I brought 6 cars from and when this car is paid for I will not be going back netter will my family I work very hard for my money and he staff are very nasty with the customers I think he business should be shut down and there are fire issues with the cars and bussines I would like some thing to be down about this and I contacted cunsumer affairs on he I have to get a photo Insepection down on my car or [redacted] are going to drop me and he would let me take my car to get the photo Insepection down because it is rain I call the Insepectin place and they can do to day o gorman is trying to keep my car and need to get back and forth to workDesired Settlement: Fix my car and give it back to

Review: This company has been committing what I believe to be fraud against myself and others. The monthly payment for a car loan from this company is taken directly out of a bank account and yet still rakes up late charges. When asked about the discrepancy this company blames the calender system, stating that the "computer system" automatically issues late payments when the months are out of their payment cycle. There was never a solution to try to fix this issue nor to contact me to let me know of the discrepancy. This problem has caused my credit score to drop over a hundred points because every month it seems as if a late payment is being made even when the payment are coming directly out. This company is trying to do nothing to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: A refund still would not be sufficient as my credit is now low which is was NOT when I started with them. And they claim money to be owed on a car loan which should already be complete.

Review: In 2011 we brought a [redacted] from. This dealer is a buy here pay here dealership. They have a debit card on file to pay the car payment every other week. On October 9, 2014 the [redacted] the was traded in. O'Gorman was contacted to find out what the payoff amount is. [redacted] sent the payoff amount of $8107 within 10 days to O'Gorman Motors. In the meantime a debit of $219.28 was taken from my account on October 10, 2014 by O'Gorman Motors. In my opinion we have now overpaid for the[redacted], they now have the payoff from [redacted] and my payment. O'Gorman Motors was contacted on October 22, 2014 to ask when will be refunded the payment taken on October 10th. We waited to make sure they received the payoff check. We were told that if O'Gorman did take the money we would not of made a payment in October and somehow they absorbed around $500 of the balance. Which does not make sense to me. O'Gorman was asked and they gave a payoff amount. Why would the give an amount lower than what it is? O'Gorman reports to the credit bureau on a regular basis, which I check on regular basis, even my credit report stated my balance was $8107. We believe that the [redacted] we brought from O'Gorman motors was overpaid for and their explanation to why they are keeping our payment does not add up and O'Gorman just wants to keep our money.Desired Settlement: We Just want our payment of $219.28 back.
