On May 10th,2015,Mr.*** had his GMC Sierravin#*** towed to our shop after being involved in an accident.Mr.*** is insured with *** InsuranceAs is customary with ***,we are not able to start repairs
until *** has had an opportunity to inspect and complete an estimate.On May 18th,2015,*** came to our shop, completed an estimate and gave us the go ahead on this vehicle,now assigned claim #***.At this point we ordered parts and began repairs.A formula that is standard in our industry to calculate repair days, is labor hours per business dayThis vehicle had an estimate of labor hoursdivided by equals repair days,which is the approximate number of days needed to repair this vehicle.The vehicle repairs were complete on June 2ndThat is a total of repair days.On June 2nd,2015,Mr.*** came to our shop to pick up his vehicleHe said he was going to take his truck today(June 2nd)and come back and pay us on Thursday June 4th.We informed him that was not acceptable.As of today,Mr*** has not paid the total amount due on his truck.The balance due is $8653.12.We are holding this vehicle until we are paid ,pursuant to Mn statutes 514.19,

They removed my truck from the property before they even told me it was finishedThey never kept me updated on extra repairs they refuse to let me inspect repairsI told the manager Bruce today that I was going to come get it he responded with "don't bother it isn't here" so they won't even let me come pay to get my truck backSounds like a scam to meOh and they illegally accessed my bank account and my insurance and changed where my payments were being sent
