more blue to show she said no because she doesn’t want to get fired like one of her friends so I told her okI cut her exactly to the length I show her because before I cut I show my client where I cutSo on Tuesday I received a message from her telling me the blue not show so I did ask for pictures and like what you see it does showSo I told her exactly like what is in my text message to come to the salon so I can add more blue with no charge just to Satisfied herThen next day she surprise me by a text and she told me I did miss a random long hair didn’t cut so I told her when you come on Sunday I will check your hair cutAlso she start butting a fake bad reviews on yelp I did contact yelp and yelp delete all her reviews and she did harassing and threatening my business I did file a report on her with the police so the police contacted her to stop. Basically what she want a free service or half what she suppqs I osed to pay but even on Groupon said depends on your hair length and density because no way I will charge a lady with little hair same what I will charge with too much hairI did offer her to redo the service like what you see in the attachmentI hope all my explanation will let you understand the situationBest Regards
