Ohana Services is the handling the landscaping maintenance at our community as well as the property managementThe landscapers are very inexperienced and hey ruin a lot of our valuable palm trees that were planted in and were very well maintained until Ohana Services took over the jobThey do not trim the hibiscus and other plants properly that led to dry fencing to our property as well as bold ugly groundWhen we talk to them they blame the responsibility on the board of directorsI called the owner on the phone one day and she was very rude and did not know how to handle the situation, she promised to meet me at my property and end up that she sent one of her workers who was just giving excuses and promises that never happenedIt has been years of struggle with this company and the end result that us the owners cannot enjoy our common areas any more or even our back yards due to the mal service provided by this company
I agree. Ohana 4 Services. Is a real CLASS act. Michele Taan is inappropriate, unprofessional, unappealing in any way shape and form. This woman has no personality rude as hell and unethical in her demented pea of a brain. She is no woman that is non existent on the property she is hired to MANAGE. She does not like to be confronted with residents issues whether how big or small it is.Ohana 4 Services is a landscaping company not a Building management company. Michele Taan company does lawns and grounds. My residence has no landscaping what so ever just concrete. Go figure on that? She is a typical woman who thinks she is above everyone else and we are below her when you talk to her. She doesn't take accountability for anything whether it's her or her minions that works for her. She unapologetic with non humble skills as a business owner. She is a real CLASS act to the tee. She makes her minions do her dirty work by sneaking around taking pictures and eavesdropping by residents apartment doors listening to their conversations. She really leads by example.Just by reading 2 reviews on her company I would never ever hire her to landscape my property or even think of hiring her to manage my property. Michele Taan is disrespectful and talks down to elderly people with no respect of any kind. I can tell the way she was brought up very distasteful and unappealing. My advice to other people before even hiring any company to READ the reviews on them before even hiring a company. Even if in person they seem like a dream come true you don't really see the TRUE self of that person till you hire them that's when you hired a NIGHTMARE.
