Review: On Sept 27, 2014, we purchased Bridgestone tires for my wife's carWe were told that we would be eligible for a $rebate with the purchaseWe scanned and uploaded the receipt of the purchase and completed the rebate form on their websiteWe were notified on October 19, via email that said, "Your Reward Card totaling $is in the final stages of processingIt typically takes 7-business days for your reward card to arrive so please watch your mailbox"More than a month passed and we did not receive the rebate cardI went back to the website and filed a notice that our card had not been received
On December 1, 2014, another email was sent from the company website asking us to call [redacted] to request that a new card be issued to our current addressI tried to call and could not get anyone on the phone because the line kept asking for the card number, which we did not have because we had not received the card
On December 15, we filed another "missing card" report on the company website and received another email asking us to call [redacted] to request that a new card be issued to our current address
After phone calls to the number, I realized that the only way to get to a customer service rep was to stay on the line after the recording requested several times for me to "enter the card number" which was impossible because we had not received a card
On December 27, my wife was able to speak to a customer service rep named ([redacted] - ID number [redacted] said she canceled the card and confirmed that the address they had on file for the card was in fact our home addressThe address was correct and our documentation was in order - not sure why the card had not arrived[redacted] said she would reissue a new card to us via mail and that we should allow 7-more business days for it to arriveThe days came and went and still no card
On January 24, 2015, we filed another "missing card" complaint on the company websiteOn January 26, we received the same email that stated we needed to call "877-610-to request that a new card be issued to our current address"
On February 6, 2015, my wife attempted again to get someone from customer service on the phone at the number aboveAfter waiting through the several requests for the card number, the line was transferred to a holding line for the "next available customer service representative"She was on hold for more than minutes (in addition to the time she was on the phone waiting through the recording asking for the card number) and finally hung up
Now we are filing this complaint in the hopes that someone will help us recover the $rebate that we were promised when we purchased the Bridgestone tires back in September of We have held up our end of the deal and provided all the documentation that was requestedThe company has not sent the rebate card and all our attempts to get the card has not been successfulMy wife and I both work and do not have time to track down a rebate that the company should have sent when the original request was made after the purchase in SeptemberWe are very disappointed with this entire experience and feel as if the company is avoiding paying us for the rebate we are supposed to get.Desired Settlement: Send the $rebate as promised

Thank you,

Review: I purchased 4 Bridgestone tires from a local business on September 30th, 2013. They were running a promotion at the time where if I purchase 4 tires, I could submit a claim at bridgestonerewards.com with my purchase details and receive a $70.00 Visa gift card (I've included the details for the promotion at the bottom of my email). I promptly followed the instructions and was told from bridgestonerewards.com that my claim was accepted and the giftcard was mailed on October 28th, 2013. After a month or so of waiting, I contacted them saying I haven't received my card yet, and they responded with it may take up to 2-4 weeks for me to get the card by mail. I then reached out to them well after the 4 week period (around December 9th) and was told "Thank you for submitting your reward request(s) for the Bridgestone Tire Reward Program and contacting us via the Bridgestone rewards website. Please contact Visa at 888-371-2109 to request that a new card be issued to your current address. If the address needed correction-please login to your account, update your profile and use the Contact Us section to alert us of the update and request a reissue of the missing card." However, when I call that number, it is asking for my 16 digit card number which I don't have, since I never received my card.

At this point I feel that Bridgestone is avoiding paying out the giftcard. They are making communication very difficult to get through. Can you please assist me with getting my $70 gift card?

PROMOTION DETAILS: Must purchase a set of 4 tires of the following model: TURANZA SERENITY PLUS, ECOPIA EP422, DUELER HL422 ECOPIA, DUELER HL ALENZA, DUELER APT IV, DUELER AT 695, DUELER AT REVO2, DUELER AT RHS, DUELER HT, DUELER HP SPORT or DUELER HP SPORT AS.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the company and to receive my $70 Visa giftcard.

[redacted]

Regarding the assigned case ID [redacted] submitted on 12/24/2013; we have contacted the customer per his request and have reconciled his concern. As noted in the details below, the customer did follow the proper process and was qualified for his reward amount of $70. However, his reward card was not successfully delivered by the USPS. In order to ensure successful re-delivery, Ohana confirmed the delivery address with the customer and added "signature required" upon receipt. The customer should receive his reward card in approximately 5 business days from today 12/230/2013.

I trust should suffice in closing out this claim.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly.

Thank you,

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] from Ohana reached out to me and has been extremely helpful in getting me a new card, going the extra mile to require a signature, added tracking, and sent the gift card next day air. I am very appreciative. This issue is now resolved. Thanks Revdex.com for your help, and thank you Ben and Ohana for fixing this issue so quickly.

Review: This rebate processor lies about about actual documents they receive from customers, and giving you any reason to deny the rebate.

In Onctober 15 I bought the set of tires with the promise of a $50 rebate. Submitted all necessary ORIGINALS in the mail.

After waiting for a long time called them and they stated that there is no original receipt. After arguing with the rep was given another reason that the receipt is not readable.

Since I had a good photo of EVERYTHING (form and receipt and original advertising) I requested a supervisor.

Supervisor tried to play the same card, but I insisted that I can send the picture to him immediately and that they have the original that they can read.

Long story short: after another few call some supervisor apologized and stated that he have the original and everything is clear. Since then I did not received any rebate.

Today (1/12/15)I received email stating that my rebate was not processed because it was out of range dates.

I called them immediately and start getting the same story that the document they have in computer is not readable.

I requested Email from them where I can send the photocopies, but they are stating they don't have one and that I should send Originals (which I alredy sent to the) again by mail or fax.

My time is expansive to waist in such way.

This company is doing all possible to NOT issue any rebates, and screw their clients.

Bad business practice!Desired Settlement: I am requesting my rebate to be processed immediately and additional compensation for my waisted time
